Navigating the Real Estate Economy With Insight Behind the Numbers
We are where we are because we did what we did. There is no denying it; if we participated in the economy we had a hand in the result.
As a RealtorŪ I value this opportunity to be part of the solution. I know I can do more. Helping people make wise decisions as opposed to just deciding, is a good use of my talents.
The first decade of the 21st Century gave us a ride of a lifetime on the economic roller coaster. Great gains and substantial losses were experienced in a snap of time. It was quick... but noy so fast to be painless. With pain comes lessons. Those lessons are experiences I choose to keep fresh in my mind and use them to make changes in my business.
We can easily fall back on what we know as RealtorsŪ or we can use what we learned and avoid the pitfalls of yesterday. I'm going to be more conservative, more inquisitive, and more practical in my approach to being a service to consumers. How that appeals to customers I won't know, but from what I've seen and heard I'm betting my business on the idea that people want solutions and insight into how to be smart about real estate ownership.
