Price is one thing, but the rest of the offer is everything that can keep you up at night. In this seller's market, you can get the price you want without accepting high-risk contingencies. You just need to know what to look for. Contingencies are escape hatches for buyers. They can also be leveraged to renegotiate that great price to something less great. We don't let our clients get tangled up in bad contingencies.
