Price is one thing, but the rest of the offer is everything that can keep you up at night. You can get your desired price in a seller's market without accepting high-risk contingencies. You need to know what to look for. Contingencies are escape hatches for buyers. They can also be leveraged to renegotiate that great price to something less significant. We don't let our clients get tangled up in risky contingencies.
