Tom was an excellent guide through the crazy experience of finding and buying a home. We appreciated his depth of knowledge (especially relating to house worth and estimated repair costs), his calm demeanor despite fast paced or tense negotiations, and his encouragement to rely on our instincts when deciding whether to make an offer.
